Feeling FANTASTIC….. :o)
So i havent blogged for a week or so (maybe longer, sorry)…….i have been flat out…….exercising of course!!! My program is going sweet although last week was a little disappointing as i didnt lose any thing, except a few centimeters i mean i know that it is good that i am losing cm’s but it is sooo disappointing when you see know actual change on the scales! I can gladly say this week at weight in, i lost 3kgs (6.6lbs) and 5 centimeters……..WOOOHOOO YIIPPPEEEE!!!
All the bike riding, beach volley ball, badminton, walk/jogging, tennis, weight training, combat, pump and bootcamp classes are paying off :o) i have this pair of jeans that i bought, i know that i have already said what my goals are but these pair of jeans now could be my first goal as would love to fit into then for my mum’s bestfirends 50th birthday in early Feb i amgoing to be in them by then!!! I am so close to my first mini goal, this is the smallest i have ever been :o) since i can remember…….. i cant wait until i am no longer in the 90 kg’s anymore it will be a great feeling!
My boyfriend has been so supportive….he’s awesome!!! He has been to bootcamp classes with me, plays in our volley ball team, plays badminton and tennis with me, comes walk/jogging and bike riding :o) he’s my rock!!! It is so nice to have someone like him in my life, compaired to my x! He was a w*nker, he so didnt deserve me! Anyhoo enough of the past i am for the present and the future (looking straight ahead not taking a second to look behind……)
I am starting a 12 week challenge tonight, remember the one i tolds you’s about i think it was in my first blog. Well this time i am going to stick it out until the end, i have been asked to be more involved in the challenge i will be helping out by doing all the data entry when the challengers get measured and weighed, i think……..hangon a minute i should be saying I KNOW this will help me stay focused.
I am starting to see the little complishments i am making….for instants my jogging has improved heaps i now jog 2 laps of the oval where as before i was battling to do half a lap n’ run until i cant run anymore, riding 10kms in 30mins where before i was only doing 8 kms in 40 mins, my old jeans are feeling baggier, definition in my arms starting to show……I LOVE IT……IT FEELS SOO GREAT!!!
So until next time buddyslimmers………….. Eat for the body you want, not the body you have…..and NEVER GIVE UP!!!

Girl, I love badminton. Played it in high school but I sucked at it. See, I got most improved after being on JR for 3 years. hehe
